Managing Director
Helen is the Founder and Managing Director of Kennedy Fox Associates. A seasoned executive search specialist with significant experience partnering with CEOs and senior company leaders to identify and recruit top talent in the packaging manufacturing industry and related verticals. Combining 18 years of experience with a deep, functional understanding of these markets, Helen has demonstrated success in assessing an organisation’s needs and then developing creative sourcing strategies that yield high-impact results.

I strive to gain a deeper understanding of my client’s business, culture, the gaps they are looking to fill, and provoke new thinking to help you grow and evolve.

Natasha Klymczuk

Director
Natasha is a Director, focusing on the chemicals market and related industries. Fusing in-market experience working within chemicals and ingredient manufacturers, Natasha brings her unique global commercial experience and technical understanding to every assignment - making her an expert at finding high-calibre candidates to fill a range of leadership positions within chemicals, industrial and life science organisations across the UK, EMEA and North America.

I partner with clients to tackle their toughest recruitment challenges, connecting them with the high level talent to solve those challenges and help them grow.
